FDC Limited, one of India's established pharmaceutical companies with a workforce of over 6,000, entrusted MRG Evennts with a brief that carried unusual weight: deliver their annual day — Fiesta 2026 — at The Leela Mumbai, and weave into that same evening a genuine, heartfelt celebration of their Managing Director's 90th birthday.
This was not simply a party with two agenda items. The two occasions called for different emotional registers — one corporate and celebratory of collective achievement, the other personal and deeply respectful of a milestone few reach. The production had to honour both without letting either feel like an afterthought.
For 300 professionals gathered at one of Mumbai's finest properties, the evening also had to end in high energy — a DJ night that gave the workforce a moment to simply celebrate, unscripted.
