The Brief
In January 2026, Sarjak Container Lines convened 150 leaders from their India and international offices in Mumbai for a global meet — a focused, full-day event for strategic alignment, business updates, and team connection across geographies.
For a company operating across global shipping markets, the global meet matters in a way most corporate events don’t. It’s the one day in the year when teams from multiple continents are physically in the same room — and the production has to match the seriousness of the audience and the stakes of the conversation.
Sarjak approached MRG Evennts to design and execute the event at The Club, Andheri — with a brief that emphasised premium production quality and a venue presence that reflected the company’s global scale.
The Approach
MRG Evennts approached the Sarjak global meet around three principles tailored to a focused-scale international audience.
Production that signalled global standards. A custom curved LED wall anchored the stage — not a standard rectangular screen, but a continuous curved video surface that gave the room a contemporary, internationally-calibrated visual identity. The LED wall did double duty: presentation surface during business sessions, and a dynamic visual environment between segments.
Intentional scale, premium execution. At 150 attendees, the event was deliberately right-sized for genuine engagement rather than spectacle. This required production calibration — large enough to feel significant, intimate enough to enable real interaction. Stage proportions, audience layout, sound coverage, and lighting were all designed for this specific scale.
Venue presence that matched the brand. The entrance gate, photobooth setup, and overall venue branding at The Club were designed to extend the company’s identity throughout the space. From the moment attendees arrived, the visual environment communicated that this was a serious, considered event — not a routine internal meeting.
The Execution
The Sarjak global meet was delivered as a full-day event at The Club, Andheri. The custom curved LED wall stage formed the focal point of the venue — supporting presentations from leadership, regional team updates, and visual segments that transitioned between sessions throughout the day.
Stage production, sound, and lighting were rehearsed and calibrated for the 150-person scale. Microphone coverage was set up for both single-speaker presentations and panel-style discussions. Lighting transitions were programmed to match the day’s content flow — focused during sessions, broader for networking moments, and theatrical for the closing segment.
The entrance gate, photobooth, and venue branding were installed in advance of attendee arrival, creating a complete branded environment from the moment delegates entered the venue. Food and beverage was managed by The Club, with MRG coordinating service flow, timing, and integration with the day’s agenda.
The event closed with strongly positive feedback from the company — recognition that the production, execution, and overall experience had matched the importance of bringing their global teams together in one room.
Why It Worked
The curved LED wall set the visual tone. For an international audience used to global event standards, the production statement on arrival mattered. The curved LED wall communicated premium positioning before the first session began.
Right venue for the right scale. The Club, Andheri offered the production infrastructure and venue presence for a 150-person global meet without the over-scaled feel of a 1,000-person ballroom. Matching venue to audience size avoids the common mistake of choosing a venue that visually swallows a focused-scale event.
Production calibrated to the audience. Sound, lighting, stage proportions, and audience layout were all designed for 150 attendees rather than scaled-down from a larger event template. The result: every seat felt like a good seat, every speaker felt audible, every transition felt deliberate.
Branded environment from arrival to closing. The entrance gate, photobooth, and overall venue branding meant attendees experienced Sarjak’s identity continuously throughout the day — not just during the formal sessions on stage.
